The USTA Texas Tennis Foundation was well represented at the USTA Texas Summit and Semiannual Meeting which was held September 29-October 1 at the Sheraton Austin Georgetown Hotel and Conference Center.
The USTA Texas Tennis Summit is a gathering of close to 250+ tennis industry leaders from across the state. The weekend-long celebration of our great sport combined USTA Texas Committee Meetings, On-Court Sessions, a CTA Workshop, a Tournament Directors' Workshop, a Local League Coordinators’ Workshop and so much more! We were able to hear from tennis legends John Wilkerson and Nick Monroe as well many other Texas and national speakers and guests.
Also at The Summit, the USTA Texas Tennis Foundation concluded its Adult Camp Raffle which takes place at USTA National Campus in Lake Nona, Florida. The winner will get to experience tennis in a way like never before at the world’s largest tennis facility.
We are excited to announce Christina Lynch as the raffle winner of the 3 day camp. The raffle raised $1140 for the Foundation’s general scholarship fund.
