Required Application Materials:

• A completed online application

• Parent or guardian’s most recent Federal Income Tax Return (the same information submitted to the IRS)

• SAT or ACT scores (if available)

• One letter of recommendation

• A list of extracurricular activities, including tennis participation and community service

• A personal statement outlining educational expectations and career goals

• A recent photograph/image of the applicant
